Osayo, I was born Trenay Pamela Hoye and I am Tribally known as Chief Rising Owl. I operate as Special Consultant for the Ambassador for the League of Indian Nations of North America. Before my appointment, I was known as Chief Trenay Pamela Hoye El Special Prosecutor for the Tribal Circuit Court Systems. I now advocate through Tribal Spiritual Ministry for Indigenous women and families globally who have forgotten the power of their heritage.
